"Clean beds, comfortable. The view of the airport was amazing. Loved every minute of our stay. The executive lounge was nice and the restaurant was reasonably priced."

"Small room with no real AC, barely big enough for the two of us and our bags. Uncomfortable bed. Tiny shower. Toilet positioned awkwardly so there was no place for our legs if we tried to sit on it normally, we had to sit down on the toilet sideways. Reasonably close to the airport with a shuttle (not free, $7pp each way). The receptionist in the morning would not keep all of our bags, He would accept our two rollers, but not our travel backpacks due to “not enough space.” But we were just in Barcelona in much smaller hotels with much smaller baggage areas and had no issue storing our bags. No real motivation to try and be helpful or accommodating (I’m on crutches, can’t really lug bags through London). Overall, after this experience and our stay at Ibis in Barcelona (which was MUCH better by comparison) I don’t think we’ll ever stay at an ibis property ever again. Spend some extra money for a better product."

"I stayed for one night after a long flight. I’ve been staying at this hotel for years, so this visit was disappointing. The room wasn’t very clean, was showing signs of wear, and there were holes in the curtains letting light through early in the morning, not ideal when trying to rest. My stay nearly a month ago was much cleaner, so I hope this was just an off visit. Breakfast was fine."

"Room catered for our small family of 4 - beds comfy and bunk beds were great. Requested view of airport which children enjoyed. Amenities in the room such as coffee machine were all good. Check in process has okay, could of been clearer with regards to self check in and sorting own key card out. Had to ask staff regarding information for swimming pool. Despite our book in being with breakfast included, no details were included on where to go, times, etc. But breakfast food was brilliant! Staff were welcoming too!"

"Stayed here for 2 nights for a Wembley trip, and while the location was convenient, the hotel itself was really disappointing for the price. At £298 for two nights (and thats including hotels.com discount), I expected something much better. The room had mucky splatters on the wall which immediately made it feel unclean and poorly maintained. The shower barely worked properly. Though powerful enough, it went hot and cold constantly. Also, the air conditioning didn’t work at all, which made the room uncomfortable during the very hot weekend stay. Another annoyance was that we were only given one key card for the room, which is inconvenient when more than one person is staying. Especially a triple room. To be fair, the staff were pleasant enough and polite whenever we spoke to them, and the location is good if you’re heading to Wembley. Unfortunately, that’s about the only positive I can give. Overall, massively overpriced for the quality of the room and facilities provided."
