The Bunkhouse is a family friendly, stand alone 3 bd/3 bath guest house. Completely private to guests. The house sets on a hill overlooking the headquarters area of the ranch, and can accommodate up to 14 guests. The Bunkhouse has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room, large living room. TV's and WiFi in all rooms keeps you in touch even this far out in the country. We have 6 RV hookups as well. (Call for RV rates)

If you are looking for a peaceful getaway for your family you will enjoy the sounds and sites of nature. Along with the cattle, horses, barn cats and a couple of dogs you are liable to see more than a few jack rabbits, hear the gobbles of wild turkey and perhaps catch a glimpse of a coyote, wild hog or deer.

There is more than enough room to spread out, plenty of ground to explore. Grab a rod and fish the ponds, hike to the historic cemetery and try to find the oldest headstone, visit the arena and watch some horsey activities or just hang out in the barnyard, you may catch a campfire down there! You don't want to miss the sunsets and the star gazing is simply breathtaking.

Our extended family had an amzing time at this property. There was no issues fitting everyone in, as the cabin had plenty of space. It was well stocked with all the necessary kitchen items to cook meals and more. The beds were extremely comfortable. We didn't see a hot tub as advertised but that didn't dampen our stay. Our family plans to return to the property for another visit next year.

Paradise with a pasture.
There isn't much in Breckenridge TX, and that is the beauty of this place. Very large bunkhouse with all the comforts you could want. Wildlife all around you. Fantastic and personable hosts. The bunkhouse sits on a hill with a large patio to watch the sunset. Then I woke up to a young deer in the front lawn. Couldn't ask for a better place to see the stars.

Incredible house and property
We rented this place for the weekend. The layout of the house is very thought out and it was clean and well stocked. The ranch is nice and easy to get around in buggies. We even caught fish in the stock ponds. Definitely going back!

Ranch living
Better accommodations than expected from the pictures. Two ‘ en suite’ and looks like a third one is being built. It would have been nice if owners would have checked on us briefly. Lots of cooking supplies there that I brought anyway. No skewers for marshmallows and no dry wood for heating stove or fire pit. Would like to have known that horse back riding was available, and the cost for it (depending on weather). A map of how to get around to the creek, where it was safe to go with open range cattle could be put in the book. Were fishing poles for the “tanks”? How do you get to the creek?
