House for 5 persons: approx. 130 m2 on the ground floor, consisting of fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with air conditioning, couch and exit to the covered terrace with a Hollywood swing, two bedrooms with double bed (one with exit to the covered terrace), one bedroom with a single bed, and two bathrooms – one with shower and WC, and one with bathtub and WC. The entrance terrace leads to the small konoba with a barbecue fireplace. Large pergola-covered natural stone terrace with table and benches, as well as a barbecue fireplace.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

Mit gutem Gewissen zu empfehlen:)

Haben 8 Tage in dem Haus verbracht, es war einfach nur grandios. Die Lage ist ruhig, man ist ungestört. Das Haus sowie das ganze Grundstück waren einfach nur traumhaft. Die Beleuchtete Einfahrt macht einen sehr schönen Eindruck, wenn man Abends sein Auto unter den großen Carport fährt. Die 30 Grad+ Außentemperatur waren dank der Klimaanlage auch erträglich. Abgesehen davon waren die Vermieter sehr freundlich, sowie Kompromissbereit was Check in/out anging. Sie sind ab und zu mal vorbeigekommen um die Pflanzen im Garten zu wässern, was aber in keinster Weise gestört hat, eher im Gegenteil da wir so gesehen immer einen Ansprechpartner hatten falls mal etwas war. Wir haben sogar eine Flasche sehr guten Wein geschenkt bekommen, nachdem einer der Vermieter uns sehr großzügig zum Verkosten eingeladen hat. Im Großen und Ganzen hätte die Unterkunft kaum besser sein können. Würde jederzeit wieder vorbeikommen.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Lovrinici. Die Vermieter sind herzlich, zuvorkommend und engagiert. Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen inmitten der Natur, absolut ruhig. Als wir im Juni dort waren, waren die Kirschen reif und unsere Kinder haben massenweise gepflückt. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine machen den Urlaub komfortabel. Es gibt einen Grill und einen wunderschönen Sitzplatz draußen im Hof unterm Blätterdach. Von der Lage her war das Haus für uns optimal, da man innerhalb einer halben Stunde an allen wichtigen Punkten in Istrien ist, auch an der Küste, wo es deutlich voller und betriebsamer ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
