Permit #ATR18-006 Adorable 2 BDR Victorian house in the heart of downtown Glenwood Springs!! This charming home has everything you need for your next vacation stay. Quaint, romantic, awesome location!! Walking distance to ALL of the best of Downtown Glenwood! Coffee shops, Hot Springs Pool, pedestrian bridge, and downtown restaurants are about 1 block away. The space \*This is NOT a pet-friendly apartment! Please check with us for pet-friendly locations! This is a private apartment on the back of a Victorian house at 915 Pitkin, downtown. It has its own private entrance, small fenced yard, loft bedroom (must climb a ladder), and various items need for your stay including a kitchenette with microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, coffee pot, coffee, creamers, sugar, cooking utensils, shower, toilet, sink, TV, internet, DVD player, games. Guest access Side yard, main apartment are available and private for guest use only. Guests may park on street behind the house (School St), and may throw garbage away in the garbage can in front of the garage (on back of house).
