Fantastic spacious townhouse in the heart of Glasgow's west end. Perfect for wedding groups/graduation families and family gatherings and conference weeks

Our property is based in a very popular part of Glasgow filled with bars and restaurants, also very close to many attractions and venues like the SSE hydro, royal concert hall, botanic gardens and kelvin-grove art gallery all within a 2 mile radius and easy to travel to on the subway or UBER!

This townhouse is situated in a highly sought after location in Glasgow's west end. We have 6 bedrooms 3 shower/bathroom located over 3 floors of the house! full capacity of up to 15 people based on sharing our spacious rooms.

The rooms have single and double beds teas and coffee facilities and a large kitchen/lounge area perfect for families and group bookings ( no parties on premises!! We also accept business clients whether it being work or pleasure we can accommodate you also. We have 11 beds singles/doubles perfect for all types of family groups. Sleeps up to 15 based on sharing.

Not to the expected standard
Comparative to the pictures shared and cost of the property, this did not meet our expectations. There were several issues with our stay: - The 'nicer' rooms are pictured in the listing, but the more worn ones are left out. This gives an unrealistic view of what the bedrooms and bathrooms were truly like. - There were clothes hanging in the unlocked wardrobes and open cereal boxes in the kitchen. This was very odd and uncomfortable, making it feel like we were in someone's house. There was also a very messy, open laundry room downstairs, which brought the hygiene practises of the hosts into question. - There were not enough towels left out for the 12 guests staying, which meant we had to wade into this messy laundry room to locate more. - One of the bathrooms was 'out of order', leaving only 2 bathrooms between 12 people. - The bedroom plan on the listing is inaccurate; there are 6 bedrooms not 7, and one of the rooms only has a double bed in it, not a single and a double. This meant that we had to ask people to inappropriately share beds, unplanned. - Despite check out being listed as 12pm, strangers accessed the property at 11.30 whilst our bags were still there. This made us feel incredibly uncomfortable and unsafe; a breach of privacy. Check out time should be respected, and if not brought earlier if you intend to access the property at that time. In summary, the property and management did not meet the expectations and price paid. Would not recommend, despite the excellent location. Please advise what can be done to address these issues.
