Pictures of interior are current. Fantastic light and view. Plenty of indoor furniture albeit some is a bit worn, but not shabby. Appliances were working. Electric coffee maker did not work as the glass pot was missing. Used the French press. Quests need a car . Beaches are quite a distance away. But definitely worth the drive! Drive to town is approximately 15 -20 mins.

The property is very well situated with an elevated position which gives you a sea view. It is quite a distance from Georgetown and you do need transport. Fanny's Bar is within walking distance but that is it. It is very well equipped, the only thing missing was a sponge to do the washing up. Some of the furniture is damaged - sofa torn and rattan chairs but this didn't detract from the amazing open space around the living room. It is a very spacious house and ideal for the children in the event of a rainy day, as there is little else to do when it rains. Overall it was a very good rental, quiet, spacious, well equipped.

This was listed as a wonderful 4.5 star home. Although it’s spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it’s very run down. The furniture is often old and torn. The deck and outdoor furniture is broken. Refrig and Washington machine didn’t work at all. Window coverings were broken. Poorly stocked kitchen with old and broken cups, pots and 2 dull knives. Many lightbulbs were missing. The main tv was broken so there was one old one in the main bedroom. Overall, this place needs work and definitely some TLC.

Cool, open living room and great communication! My only complaints are that the water pressure was pretty low in the shower and the water didn’t get as hot as I prefer (my partner thought the temperature was fine though) and that the road where you turn off to get to the house has lots of potholes and rocks. All of the roads we encountered on the island were bad though, so I think it’s a general infrastructure problem.
