Inconvenient service in a convenient location.
Ideal for business trip or leisure but the accomodation only provides double beds despite option on booking. Check in is a nightmare and would only advise if you speak Polish- which luckily my friend did. Seemed cheap initially, until extra £40 in charges to be paid in cash on arrival and all documents they make you sign before issuing key are in Polish. Would not stay again

Ogólnie hotel jak i apartament na wysokim poziomie i standardzie. Natomiast obsługa przy meldunku bardzo nieprzyjemna. Dodatkowo bardzo nie spodobało mi się to, że podczas rezerwacji na stronie hotel.com, nie ma jasno wymienionych kosztów (chodzi o depozyt), o tych kosztach dowiedziałam się dopiero podczas meldunku. Nie każdy jest przygotowany na takie koszta.

Takuuraha piti jäätä, ei ollut mainittu yhtään kun varasimme paikka, lisää rahaa pyytänyt myös saapuessa, niin sanottu ettei ollut oikea hinta nettissa, joten ei enää IRS Royal Apartaments ennä kiitos, lisäksi toimisto en eri kun majoitus, taxi menee omalla kustanuksella. Kyllä saimme tarpeeksi tätä touhua.

ご注意あれ！
宿泊施設で鍵を受け取るように追加金を予め払っていたが、HPに記載してある住所と実際のアパートメントは場所が違って、困り果てて近くの別のホテルの受付でその事情を話すと、オーナー宅に電話をかけてくれ、そのアパートメントが実際にある住所と地図まで丁寧に書いてくれて助かりました。宿泊所は町の中心から数百m入った辺りで、実際着いてみると悪びれた表情もなく淡々と事務的に済ませていました。部屋の作りは悪くないが、ベッドの枕やソファーに置いてあるクッションもクリーニングがきちんとされていないようで、前の人が使った匂いが少し残っているところがあり、とても気持ち良い滞在にはなりませんでした。 Hotels.comを使って久しいですか、こんな経験は初めてのことでした。
