The apartment consists of two separate bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The space is bright, full of natural light and very functional. The welcoming atmosphere is completed by amenities that allow guests to truly feel at home. From multimedia (a Tv and free Wifi) to extensive kitchen and bathroom equipment (a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing macine) – everything needed for a stress-free vacation is here. The location has great access to other parts of Tricity, thanks to well-developed network of public transport. 230 meters from the apartment there is a water tram station, and the main train station can be reached in 15 minutes by foot. Unter der Wohnung ist ein Kisk sowie in der Nachbarschaft diverse Restaurants was man Wissen sollte (der Pizzaduft war ganz angenehm :-) ) jedoch ist entsprechend bis in die Nacht Lärm durch Gäste. Leider gab es massive Probleme mit der elektonischen Zugangsanlage welche die Hotline des Vermieters nicht lösen wollte / konnte. Dazu bekamen wir einen falschen Notschlüssel welcher nicht passte somit standen wir Stunden vor verschlossener Tür. Erst nach Kontakt mit FeWo direkt wurde das Problem gelöst (Dank dafür). Es fehlte auch der Hinweis das die Einfahrt in das Gebiet zwischen 09:00 und 20:00 verboten ist sowie, wenn man ausserhalb dieser Zeit einfährt, zwar Parkplätze in den Strassen verfügbar sind jedoch kostenpflichtig (15€/Tag). Für uns bedeutete das bei 30 Grad unsere Koffer über einen Kilometer durch die Strassen tragen zu müssen. Grundsätzlich wäre die Wohnung Preis / Leistungsmässig Top aber die Umstände aussen rum machen es zur Katastrophe. Der weitere Kontakt zum Vermieter gestaltet sich immer noch schwierig da man uns vorwirft unser Haustier nicht angemeldet zu haben obwohl es Nachweislich in der Bestätigung steht. Eine Reaktion des Vermieters bzgl. Mangel (kein Zugang) und Parkplatzproblemen blieb bis jetzt aus. ##### Daniel L. Szara kanapa jest cała w plamach. Pod prysznicem grzyb, w mniejszym pokoju urwane drzwi od szafy, a drzwi wejściowe muszą być zamykane na zamek, gdyż inaczej nie można ich domknąć. Dodatkowo nie działający czujnik czadu, pomimo obecności piecyka gazowego. Dołączone w ogłoszeniu zdjęcia parkingu również wprowadzają w błąd. We wskazanym miejscu parkingu nie ma (w zamian bary z głośną muzyką), zresztą straż miejska pilnuje okolicy aby uniemożliwić wjazd osobom bez pozwolenia.
