Laundry room available in the basement. Your vacation home offers a spacious outdoor area where you can admire the typical lake vegetation along paths with stone niches. The area is ideal for visiting the beautiful Toscolano Maderno (4.9 km) with its picturesque panoramic walks; Gardone Riviera with the Vittoriale 10 km; The famous Salò, with its elegant stores and restaurants, is 15 km away. The picturesque villages of the lake can be reached by boat. At 100m distance are also possible sports activities such as canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, boating, fishing, diving and tennis.
