#### 최악의 숙소였습니다

최악의 숙소였습니다~~ 입구부터 너무 지저분해서 기분이 상했는데 입실하고 보니 티비도 안나오고 기본적인 용품도 없고 침구에서는 머리카락도 여기저기 나오고 방교체를 원했는데 소식이 없어 안자고 그냥 집으로 돌아왔습니다 기본적인것도안되어 있는 숙소이며 다른분들도 피해를 볼까 걱정이됩니다 너무나 좋은 위치와 조망을 가지고 이렇게 관리하는것은 주인장님이 숙소에대한 애정이 전혀 없어 보입니다 저의글을 기분나빠하지 마시고 꼭 반영하여 기대를 갖고 오시는 손님들에게 피해를 주지말기를 바랍니다

안녕하세요.저는 진짜 후기남기는걸 안하는편입니다. 하지만 이번엔 꼭 남겨야 할것같았습니다. 저는 난생처음 박쥐를 봤습니다. 아직도 소름돋네요.청경상태는 다른말 필요 없겠습니다. 더이상 그런곳에 가고싶지않고 커튼만 보면 거기 매달려 있던 박쥐만 생각나요....이상입니다.

숙소는 낡은 모텔같은 느낌이었습니다. 단, 직원분들이 친절하시고 숙소이용객에대한 레포츠 할인 등 서비스가 좋았습니다. 야외수영장과 바베큐장은 분위기도 좋고 양호했어요.

#### 카라반은 비추합니다.. ㅋ..;;

카라반은 처음이었는데.. 특별한 경험일것 같아서 선택했었습니다. 사진으로는 참 만족스러울것 같았습니다. 사진은 사진일 뿐이었다는게 문제죠.. . 우선 도착했는데 로비에 아무도 없더라구요.. 전화했더니 기다리라고 하는데.. 기다려야지 별 수 있나요.. 로비로 올라가면서 식당에서 식사 중이신 분들이 있는걸 봤는데.. 그 식사중이던 분이 담당 직원이 아니었길 바랍니다.. . 여튼.. 10분정도 기다려서 카라반 키 받고 들어갔습니다. 구조는 괜찮은듯 했는데.. 청소 상태가 정말이지 너무했습니다. 소파 뒤에는 먼지며 쓰레기며 한가득이고 서랍장에는 정체를 알 수 없는 쓰레기가 자리하고 있었구요 직접적으로 보이는 곳은 아니라 그냥 무시하고 넘어갔습니다. 예민한 분들은 컴플레인 무조건 거셨을듯 합니다 . 카라반이 원래 그런건지 몰라서 불만사항인건데.. 제일 큰 카라반 빌렸었구요 침실이 양쪽 끝에 위치하고 있었습니다 이쪽 끝에 누운 사람이 뒤척이면 반대쪽 끝에 누운 사람까지 흔들림이 아주 잘 전달되더라구요..;; 추억으로만 좋은 카라반이었나 싶습니다.. . 바로 앞에 보이는 청평호가 그나마 위로를 주었다는..

#### \[경고/주의\] 당신은 더 나은 숙소를 찾아야만 합니다!!

급하게 결정된 여행이라 당일 예약하고 출발하면서 전화했는데 예약한 방이 나갔으니 다른방에서 자거나 취소하라고 함 황당했지만 주변에 다른곳도 여의치 않은거 같아 그냥 자겠다고 했는데 퀘퀘한 냄새 나는 먼지가 쌓인 방이었음 아마 청소를 한지 오래된 것으로 보임 숙소 외에 다른 시설은 화려했지만 5층짜리 그 건물은 예전 유스호스텔만큼이나 구린 시설을 자랑했음 차마 방에 계속 있기가 그래서 그냥 밤늦게까지 술 마시고 방에서는 잠만 잤음 아마 일찍 잘수도 없었을것임 밤새도록 풀장에서 파티를 하는지 음악을 크게 틀어놓고 애들도 많이 돌아다녔음 작은 방에는 침대랑 엑스트라베드라고 얇은 홑이불 한장 달랑 있었음 아침에 취소해달라고 갔는데 작고 거지같은 방은 10만원이니까 3만원 정도를 환불해주겠다고 함 호텔스닷컴에서 10만원 리워드+7만원정도 카드결제 한 방이었는데 어째 계산이 이렇게 되는지? 그것 말고는 숙소에서 해줄수 있는게 없다함 호텔스닷컴 취소는 예약자가 해야한다고. 바로 전화하니 처리는 잘 되었으나 같이 데리고간 친구들에게 너무 미안했음 이런 방에 자게 한것과 약간의 시간을 낭비한점. 사실 이 방이 10만원인것도 이해는 안감

객실안에 에어컨은 완전 먼지투성이며 천정에 거미줄이 너무많고 거미가 3마리가 기어가는걸 휴지로 잡아서 버렸고요 3단 서랍장이 있는데 그속에 전에 투숙해서 버린 팬티가 있었음 베란다 방충망에 나방이 너무 붙어있고 정말 최악의 숙박업소임 아마도 영업을 포기한게 분명함 객실요금 14만9천원 정말 말도안되는 바가지요금입니다 혐오시설 1등급으로 인정합니다

청소 상태 엉망에 1층 레스토랑에서 피자 구운 냄새가 방안 가득 이네요.환기도 안되고..내부 가구들은 버려도 아무도 안가져 갈정도로 낡고..최소한 냉장고 안에 눌러 붙은 음식물 자국은 좀 지워줘야 할듯요. 청소 한번도 안 한듯!전반적으로 관리 포기한 숙박 업소라는 느낌입니다.

#### 전반적으로 낡음

우선 시설이 많이 낡은 편이었고 수압도 많이 낮았다. 침구나 수건은 깨끗해보였다. 결정적으로 다음날 아침에 물이 나오지 않아서 너무 불편했다.전화를 하니 30분정도 후에 물이 나오긴 했지만 숙소에서 물이 안나오다니 어이가 없었다. 다시는 가고 싶지 않은 숙소이다.

#### 위치는 좋은 호텔

비성수기에 당일예약임을 고려해도 예약 후 3시간 정도 시간이 있었지만 침구에 눈에 띌 정도의 먼지가 많았음. 옷걸이도 없음. 온도조절이 안되어 찜질방 소금방 수준...창문을 열면 조절되지만 방충망도 구멍이 뚤려있음.
