"Check in team were excellent we were early so took bags, went back remembered my name which was nice touch! Every member of staff couldn’t help more. Hotel is lovely, room was lovely only thing was no fridge but not a big issue! Breakfast was great and the bar was lovely with good cocktails!! Highly recommended! "

"Quick stay for the Black Sabbath concert, spacious room, quick and helpful check in even late at night. Bathroom could use a touch up but it was perfectly useable."

"This hotel is always my first choice when staying in Birmingham as it is away from the city centre and has plenty of places to eat nearby The staff are always so friendly and polite I had excellent customer service at my recent check-in, there was a queue at reception and as a regular at the hotel, the guy on reception who knows me from previous stays had already checked me in, he called me forward whilst checking someone else in and gave me my keycard! Excellent customer service"

"The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. They kept our bag in safe storage until we could check in. The room was small but had everything we needed. Breakfast was very good with a good selection of hot and cold food."

"I think every standard room should have glass wear and tea/coffee , water But I know it’s not only Ibis that cuts down on every need of the guests so they can then charge for those basic services . Check out times keep getting earlier but checkin times keep getting later . This is a general view of mine for almost every Franchised hotel however £30 fee for a night and the cleanness , efficiency, safety of the guests is more than reasonable. I slept very well too."
