"A great location for shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel has been refurbished to an excellent standard keeping all the original features. The rooms were finished to a lovely specification with a nice touch of Penhaligons toiletries. The rooms were very quiet and the bed was very comfortable."

"Decent location, hotel could do with being updated. Lifts were shocking!! You’d want to get from the man floor to the floor you’re staying on and you’d end up going to multiple different floors first. When trying to depart and go from third floor to floor 0 we ended up going up to 11 and stopping at every floor on the way back down which was such an inconvenience. Breakfast was excellent. "

"Just on the edge of the city centre so 20 min max walk to anywhere. Spotless modern and cheap! Indoor underground car park with at least 10 spaces (I didn’t count sorry!) definitely business friendly with the first floor a seated area with space and plugs available. Free WiFi with no over complicated log in. We were there as a couple for a city mini break and it was impeccable."

"Great value and 5 minutes walk to carpark. Roof sky bar on 25th floor is very good with fantastic views !!!!!! When it’s open!!!!! Came back from a show at the Hippodrome Theatre (15 minutes away) and the bar was closed, this was 11pm on a Thursday evening. Not happy and nowhere else to go locally."
