"From check-in to checkout, the customer service was nothing short of exceptional. Every team member—from reception to the bar and restaurant staff—was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The breakfast team went above and beyond, making mornings a real treat. Our room was incredible, with a stunning view of canal boats drifting by—an idyllic touch that made the stay even more special. We dined at the à la carte restaurant and were absolutely blown away. The meal was, without exaggeration, one of the best any of us have ever had. The four of us were dumbfounded by the quality, presentation, and attentive service. Simply delicious and unforgettable. Breakfast was equally impressive—fresh, flavorful, and served with genuine care. The beautiful surroundings added even more charm, with scenic walks around the ponds and canals creating a perfect countryside escape. We can’t wait to return. A truly memorable experience from start to finish"

"Charming staff, great food, had a great stay"

"Easy free parking. Welcomed with a smile. Easy check in and right next to the services to be able to grab some food. Room was very clean and had everything we needed, I had a nice bath. The bed was very comfy and the room was a great temperature unlike lots of hotel rooms which I find absolutely boiling during the night! Great value for a night passing through! "

"Staff are great, both the breakfast service and dinner service were above what I would expect. They are always looking to help, they are very polite and easy to talk to. The staff on the desk were very welcoming and made the process of booking in very easy, answered any questions and needs we had, which is very nice. Room is very relaxed, a lot of really nice lighting choices. The bathroom is big and very modern and clean, mirror is a standout in that respect, very good. They provide a kettle, tea, coffee and decaf. And ironing board, iron, hairdryer and place for your suit. They have a TV with lots of channels, one for movies being broadcast at the time. They had bedside tables, a table for eating, and a desk for sitting at. The room has double locks, a rotating lock and a 'deadbolt' it just operates a bit differently than a normal one. Places to hang up coats. They come in to clean daily and you can have towels changed when you wish. Elevators are quick and nice. Overall very impressed."

"It was an amazing experience with the little ones.. Never seen such clean rooms in london till now . Staff was helpful and understanding too which you hardly get anywhere.. We did late checkout request as my toddler was unwell and been to hospital too ,came home in the morning so for her good sleep we requested late checkout and they allowed us with a smile ."
