Stayed for 4 days, had good experience. 5 minutes walk from town centre, shops, cinema and bus station. Easy access to Keele University, which was the purpose of my stay. Free wifi was great and quick.

This hotel has everything you need to enjoy your stay. From food, casino, spa, shopping, lovely outdoor water and staff are lovely too. I usually come here to get a break and relax. The rooms are spacious and relaxing. I would say the parking for VIP needs alot of work and has gone up from £15.00 to £20.00. I have a disability and have to use it due to mobility issues. But if you use the casino or shopping or food, its £3.00 or free. So it doenst make sense. Apart from the parking in VIP...

An absolutely lovely stay. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly by Allanah and she was kind and attentive. She showed us around, before escorting us to our room and answering our questions. Our room was beautifully decorated, warm and cosy. The bathtub was deep and sumptuous, the toiletries provided were fresh and felt lovely and the home baked cookies in the room were a nice (and tasty) touch. At last minute I decided to book a hotel nearby Birmingham Airport before an early morning flight out the next day. The hotel is about 1/2 hour away and is set in a quiet beautiful location, so just right for a good night sleep. This was an extremely comfortable and great value place to stay. My room was a good size and the bed was great. Breakfast was also amazing value and with lots of choice. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

We were very happy with the hotel. The room was very clean, the bed comfy, the breakfast excellent. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Despite the fact that there was a wedding reception on the second night, we were not disturbed by any noise. The swimming pool, spa bath, sauna and steam room were very nice. We will use this hotel again and can thoroughly recommend it.

Had a lovely stay. Very close to the Bullring for shopping, close to the O2 academy (walking distance to both), the room and whole hotel was lovely! Breakfast was also lovely. Staff were so kind, even got me a fan as I usually sleep with a fan on. Had a wonderful stay, thank you

Good location- walking distance to Coventry Station and nearby retail park. Loads of dining options closeby. Delicious full English! Friendly staff! Room was upgraded which is a bonus!
