    Sofa bed:  ON REQUEST, bedding can be provided to make the sofa in the living room into a small double bed, suitable for one adult or 1-2 children.  Please note that there are no doors between the living room and bedroom, and the living room blinds are NOT black-out.

    The Annexe shares a site with our family home and we value friendly guests who engage with a smile, a wave or a chat. This is not an impersonal hotel room, the Annexe is a mini-home away from home.
