You can expect a beautiful, newly renovated, high-quality equipped and quietly located 4 1/2 room apartment in a play street on the ground floor in a 2 family house with separate apartment in Gaienhofen with a large garden belonging to the apartment with terrace and covered logia on approx. 130 sqm. The apartment has 3 bedrooms all with satellite TV (2x double bed 180x200cm and 1x 160 x 200cm, living room with cozy fireplace, 60 inch TV, B&O Sonos Sound in the living room and Sonos 3 in the bathroom, open, fully equipped kitchen with counter and dishwasher, completely newly renovated bathroom (2017) and a guest toilet. In addition a play tower with slide, swing and sandpit. Baby bed, high chair etc. available. The apartment has underfloor heating, electr. Blinds in the living area, electr. Roller shutters in the other rooms (2 x with remote control) as well as a furniture safe, own parking space, storage space for 2-3 bicycles & sauna for sole use after consultation.
