Apartment 'Ferienwohnung Im Künstlerhaus' with Lake View, Shared Garden and Wi-Fi

The lovingly restored half-timbered house with an artistic ambience is located in Gaienhofen, Horn district, in a quiet, central location and offers a view of Lake Constance. The 70 m² accommodation consists of a large, open-plan living/sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a small bedroom (children's room) and 1 bathroom and is suitable for allergy sufferers. Please note that you can only reach the other rooms, such as the bathroom, from the children's room by passing directly through the other bedroom. In addition, the sleeping accommodation in the children's room is a pull-out bed, the extended part of which is only 1.60 m in size and is therefore particularly suitable for children. The apartment is also equipped with WiFi (suitable for video calls), a Smart TV (with NETFLIX streaming), a fan, a washing machine, children's books and toys. A baby crib and high chair are also available. This apartment has a private balcony for your evening relaxation.

Sehr gut ausgestattet Ferienwohnung, fehlt an nichts.

Pros: Sehr nette und hilfsbereit Vermieter. Schöne Aussicht an den See und Berge. Wohnung sehr gemütlich und mit liebe eingerichtet. War ein sehr erholsamer Kurzurlaub.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Pros: Die Wohnung war groß, zweckmäßig und gemütlich, mit voll ausgerüsteter Küche. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Cons: Gut zu wissen ist, dass 4 Treppen hoch zu steigen sind, bevor die Wohnung erreicht wird.

Super Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Pros: Wohnung liegt oberhalb eines Künstlerateliers in Fussnähe zu einem Strandbad. Die Anbindung nach Radolfzell und Konstanz ist sehr gut. Perfekter Ort für einen Urlaub mit der Familie. Ausstattung der Wohnung ist super mit Spül- und Waschmaschine. Sehr nette Besitzer. Cons: Leider war der Balkon mit schöner Aussicht zu klein, um mit 4 Personen die super Aussicht zu genießen. Dafür gibt es jedoch einen Garten mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und Trampolin für die Kinder.
