  • Set on a quiet corner lot beside a wooded area, this peaceful retreat offers pond views, sunrise skies, and the privacy guests look for in a spring and summer escape. Enjoy fishing from the private dock, relaxing by the water, or spending the day in your own 10’ in-ground pool with a separate pool house for added space and flexibility.

    Less than four miles from downtown, the home combines convenience with a serene, nature-filled setting. The home is pet-friendly, making it easy for everyone to enjoy the stay.

    Bedroom Setup:
    Main House: 3 bedrooms (2 king, 1 queen), 3 full baths, 1 half bath.
    Pool House: 1 bedroom, 1 full bath, 1 half bath, plus downstairs twin trundle bed.

    Amenities Include:
    Private in-ground pool, jet spa jacuzzi, fire pit, private dock with fishing, game room, indoor & outdoor games, streaming TV in every room, Wi-Fi, BBQ grill, karaoke, screen porch, and more.

    Security cameras are in plain sight and monitor the exterior of the main house, pool house, and garage only. Guests retain full privacy inside the home and while using the pool and hot tub.

    Pool is closed December–February, subject to local weather conditions.

The house was great! Plenty of space for our large family. It was too cold to get in the pool, but the hot tub was used plenty. Chris was quick to respond to any questions we had. Hopefully we'll be able to make our way back in the future!

Wonderful Experience

This stay was amazing! Everywhere we looked there was something else super fun to do at the house! It’s close to many places (including the Fainting Goat Brewery which is super fun) and there are so many places for people to sleep! I was impressed with the amount of showers too :) The host was communicative and offered so much more than I ever expected including places to go and activities to do around town. I would definitely stay again! Also, the beds were sooooo comfortable!

Great space for a group. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Large kitchen. Updated. Not as clean as we had hoped, but Chris was great about it and quick to respond. We have stayed previously at this house with no issues. Great amenities for a group. Hope to stay again in the future.

Fantastic pool house!

Our party of 8 had a fantastic week here! We’ve been vacationing together for 17 years and this was one of the best rentals we’ve had. There were so many rooms and spaces for playing, sleeping, eating, and chilling. The pool was beautiful and private. The hot tub was always hot and close to the pool. We will definitely be going back. Highlights: gorgeous kitchen, spectacular master suite, pool, hot tub, quiet neighborhood. We rented a pontoon boat on Jordan Lake.

Cozy place to gather

We had a great time and were able to relax. We didn’t get to spend as much time using the amazing outdoor amenities as we would have liked due to event commitments and cooler temperatures but even just sitting out by the pool was very relaxing. Hosts have thought of a lot of ways to make your stay easier. Including labeling where everything goes for easy clean up. Only tip is if you’re attending an event where you need to do make up - bring a lighted mirror. Bathroom lighting isn’t great for that. But I’d give this place a 10 out of 10 for sure. Hope we can come back and enjoy the outdoor space!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful time at this charming home in Fuquay-Varina, NC. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that we were in for a special experience. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the comforts of home. But what truly made our stay exceptional was our host, Ms. Chris. She went above and beyond to ensure our visit was perfect in every way. It's rare to find a host as patient, kind, and accommodating as she is. From the moment we booked, Ms. Chris was attentive, responsive, and incredibly welcoming. She provided excellent recommendations for local spots to visit and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Her warmth and generosity made us feel like we were staying with family rather than just renting a house. It's clear that Ms. Chris takes great pride in providing an outstanding experience for her guests, and she exceeded all our expectations. We can’t recommend this home enough! Nice location and lots of room

The house easily fit our family of 7. We were able to pay extra to bring our dog so that is a plus. Everyone had their own bedroom and private bath which was nice. Although the day beds in the family room sleep extra people if needed, they are difficult to sit on and to have a conversation. The pool was nice however 3 chaise lounges were broken and 4 chairs had the seat fabric ripped out. The fake flowers hanging around the pool and stuck in the ground around the yard were a bit tacky. There were bees nesting in the hanging fake flowers. An exterminator was called during our visit. The pool house was dirty inside and shoddy craftsmanship. Hooks and towel holders with no anchors coming out of the wall. The bathroom garbage had a maxi pad in it from the previous guests, hair in the shower and stains all over the carpeting. It needs a good PROFESSIONAL cleaning. Baseboards wiped down, etc. Some of us didn’t feel comfortable as it was not clean and had a musty cigarette smell in the bedrooms. There were candy wrappers in one bedroom on the floor near the night stand and under the bed. The house seemed to be a bit dated and furnished with thrift store finds. Christmas tree in the dining room in July is a little much. Personal family photos on the wall made this house seem less of a “vacation” home and more of some else’s family home.
