今回の家族旅行はコロナで休校が続いた後、詰め込み授業でヘトヘトな娘のためにコロナが束の間の収束を見せている間に、、、と企画したものでした。予約時にした質問の返事がなかったので、少し不信感はありました。クイーンサイズで大人2名、子供2名寝れますか？と。なかなか返事が来ないため、こちらから電話をして、確認すると、ソファーベッドがあるので、そちらに大人１名寝たら大丈夫との事でした。 みんなでウキウキと宿につき、チェックインの際、子供の追加料金を催促され、事情を説明すると、予約時の料金のままでよい。といわれました。それはよかったのですが、そのあと、簡易ベッドを準備するからしばらくロビーで待たされました、、、疲れてるのに、、、部屋に入ると、聞いていたソファーベッドはなし。明らかにクイーンサイズではなく、ダブルサイズのベッドでした。 気をとりなおし、夕飯を食べることになりました。 雨も降っていたので、ホテルの中で食べようと、今から行っても大丈夫かを確認して、大丈夫とのことで「沙羅」というレストランに向かいました。 17時45分。子供たちもおなかペコペコでした。 注文後、主人のビールとお刺身は10分程ででてきたのですが、30分後に私の天ぷらそば、1時間後に下の子のお子様ランチ、1時間半後に上の子のすき焼き、と、びっくりするくらいの遅さででてきました。 途中、とりあえず子供のだけでも早く❗️と催促すると、白ごはんだけ先にお持ちしましようか？と、、、 白ごはんだけいただいても、、、と丁重にお断りしました。 今まで数々国内旅行を経験してきましたが、ここまで酷い対応は初めてでしたので、非常に悪いをつけさせていただきます。 福井市内のホテルが全て満室だったのでこちらに宿泊しました。正直期待していなかったのですが、イルミネーションもあり、フロントは綺麗で対応も良く、お部屋も広くて気持ち良く過ごせました。水回り等に古さを感じます。お部屋はオートロックではなく鍵です。大浴場があるのは嬉しいのですが、脱衣所の棚の上に飾ってある造花にホコリがたまっていたのは残念でした。浴室ともに清潔感を大切にしていただけると更に嬉しいです。
