The train station is only 270m away, the beach is 350m away and the nearest grocery store, café and restaurant are just around the corner. When you step in through the door, you are greeted by the fully equipped kitchen with stove and oven and a refrigerator with freezer. The living room consists of a comfortable sofa bed and a smart TV and leads out to the balcony with large sliding doors which provides a lovely space. From the balcony you have a table with chairs and a cozy view of the street outside. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and A / C. The bathroom is equipped with shower.
