Outside the resort, 2.8 km from the centre of Frutigen, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: natural state property, trees, meadow. Patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Narrow motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 2.8 km, shopping centre 2.8 km, restaurant 2.8 km, railway station "Frutigen" 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km. Tennis 4 km, riding stable 4 km, skisport facilities 6 km. Nearby attractions: Tropenhaus Frutigen. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Adelboden 17 km, Elsigenalp 6 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Thunersee 17 km. Please note: car recommended. On the estate animal husbandry. The owner lives in the same residence. The owner has a dog. In summer (June until August) there are no animals on the farm.
