Only bad things I have to say is about their signage. The hotel sits well back off the road given as their address. There is apparently a parcel of land in front of it that will eventually have something commercial built on it...further obscuring the hotel. There is no sign, arrow or anything to help the traveler find the hotel. They claim that they don't own the property up to the street and therefore can't put a sign out at the street. This should have been considered when negotiating for the parcel they bought. They could have bought it all, if necessary, retained a small easement for a sign and then resold the unneeded remainder. There isn't even a large, well-lit sign on the façade of the hotel. Just a partially burned out name on its front in not large enough letters. This won't be seen at all when something gets built in front of it at the road. The lack of signage is especially aggravating for customers such as me because I had reservations there. I had to find it. Passed it up. Had to fight traffic and unfamiliar streets to get back and start the search all over. Had I not had reservations, I would have ended up getting a room at another hotel.
