Private: property 1'100 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, depth 120 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.) with salt water and internal staircase. Outdoor shower, table tennis, boules. Shop 1.5 km, shopping centre 6.5 km, 20 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Grand Parc" 1.6 km, railway station "Fréjus" 7.5 km, sandy beach "Saint Aygulf" 2.5 km, park "ARECA" 2 km, diving center 8.5 km, thermal baths "Thalasso de Port Fréjus" 8.5 km. Belle maison sur les hauteurs de St. Aygulf

On a passe une belle semaine de repos. La maison etait propre et accueillante. Le gerant a ete tres courtois et disponible.

Mooie villa met groot zwembad

Villa Massenet is een heel aangenaam en ruim huis. De master bedroom heeft een mooie, grote badkamer. De andere 3 badkamers zijn wel aan de kleine kant. Zowel binnen als buiten alle voorzieningen aanwezig, we misten enkel airco in de slaapkamers op de benedenverdieping. Het zwembad en de tuin zijn zalig!

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus befindet sich in einer angenehmen Wohngegend, allerdings nicht unbedingt fußläufig zum Strand, da ist es besser mit dem Auto hinzufahren. Der Pool ist in diesem Haus sehr sauber und regelmäßig gepflegt und gewartet worden, hat auch eine ideale Größe. Schön fanden wir auch den großen Mosaiktisch auf der überdachten Veranda, um die Mahlzeiten draußen einnehmen zu können. Das inkludierte WLAN hatte eine sehr gute Qualität.

Insgesamt gut.

Garage ist zwar vorhanden, kann aber nicht genutzt werden weil sie mit Sport- und Gartengeräten vollgestellt ist. Der Grill war total versaut. Die Bettwäsche hatte gelbe Flecken.
