One bedroom, with a King Size Bed, and a full bathroom with shower. The floor plan includes a living room, dining area, and full kitchen (open concept), Cable TV and WiFi. The Cabin has a covered front porch to enjoy some fresh air and relaxation. Why this property ? When looking for property to purchase, we immediately fell in love with the grounds and the comfortable feel of the property. Ava Haus represented the authentic heritage of what has been so lovingly preserved in the city of Fredericksburg. Also; the location is perfect! It is away from the center of town, yet close enough to be in downtown in less than 3 minutes. Unique Ava Haus allows guests to enjoy the benefits of the country and still be minutes from wineries, shopping, restaurants and the natural parks of the area. Guests can have a true feel for the history of the region when they stay in an authentic German homestead complete with the original well, thick limestone walls and even the original root cellar where the pioneers stayed during times of danger. The cabin was perfectly adorned and ready for a couple. From the fresh, blueberry muffins on the table to a few goodies in the refrigerator for breakfast - all the details were thought out.
