It comprises a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, and a shower room with WC. There is a small enclosed garden/courtyard and a terrace. Outbuildings are also included. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator with freezer compartment, washing machine, microwave, and coffee maker. Entertainment amenities include a TV, garden furniture, and a parasol.
