An unbelievable opportunity to secure your spot in one of the original homes in the historic McGregor area just a few minutes walk away from the Edison Estate (a home in which Edison used to frequent). A thoughtfully laid out Spanish style home, professionally decorated in country French style, truly evokes a sense of charm and class while allowing for pure relaxation. Look out of the master at one of the largest and deepest private pools in the area with plenty of seating and deck space. with a fireplace and propane grill. Lush and mature landscaping surrounds the property with loads of natural light filling the home. A formal dining room, living and family rooms, breakfast nook, and gorgeous kitchen are just a few amazing features of this home. Downtown Ft Myers is just minutes away with plenty of restaurants and shops. Home has previously only been rented to family and acquaintances privately.
