Decent hotel

Pros: Pets stay for free. The breakfast was simple but good.
Cons: Compared to a La Quinta 20 minutes away, this one is a little shabby when you walk into the lobby. It has a stale cigarette smell to it.
Location: Met Life Stadium was only about 15 minutes or so away by car. Not sure about public transportation.
Hotel feels a little shabby when you come into the lobby and when entering the back of the hotel to get to the room. Room was on the 2nd floor at the back of the building. Nothing spectacular about the room. There was no refrigerator or safe and was close to the ice machine and vending machines. Did not really hear anyone else around so it was quiet and the room seemed clean....no mold in the shower, no bugs, clean towels. Overall....the room was decent for the location and price and we would stay again.

Cons: Rooms need refrigerators.
Staff friendly, helpful and competent. Parking convenient. Too bad there is no room refrigerator.

Cons: Bathroom needs to be renovated. Hotel carpets are so dirty. it needs to be replaced.
Hotels location is good, free parking and breakfast is a bonus. If an hotel does not offer free parking in that area, it could cost too much money.

Rude desk clerks and washer and dryers don't work!

We have a business and my husband travels and works with the employees. We have two young men that work with us and since they are out working at night, they sleep during the day. They had hardly got checked in when the evening receptions told them that if there were any parties, noise, etc, she would kick them out of the motel. My husband was standing there and told her that they wouldn't be doing any of that, especially since they work at night. She continued on reprimanding them and being very rude. Also, the employees tried to do their laundry the next after noon and ended up spending $8.00 each trying to get the washer to work and the dryer to dry their clothes. They never got their clothes dry. When they went to the front desk, they were told that because they booked through hotels.com and got cheap rooms, they shouldn't complain. The man said if you wanted a washer and dryer that works than they should have gotten and better room. We work all over the nation, and this is the worse we have ever been treated. Never again would we stay at this motel or recommend it to anyone. We are from Missouri and we don't treat people like that!!!!

needs help

We weren't sure if it was even open. On both sides there is construction and the La Quintas sign itself seems broken or under repair. Inside the room was fine enough, until my wife and I found beer bottle caps from previous guests and it kind of made us wonder what else wasn't cleaned properly. The TV was not HD and only had basic cable channels, not good for trying to entertain a toddler while you get ready for an event. Overall, it was a good place to rest your head for a night but if you have an extended stay, look elsewhere.

Nice hotel but needs some updates!!

Nice and easy check in. Rooms were spacious n clean. Something needed fixed or replaced. The shower wasn't all that good n it was broken in several places. Looks like they just caulked over it but it didn't work. Also the counter in bathroom was slanted so u had to be careful setting your things on it. Maybe need to clean common area carpets n just tidy up a little. Overall not a bad place to stay no vending other then soda and no refrigerator in room.
