Rude desk clerks and washer and dryers don't work!

We have a business and my husband travels and works with the employees. We have two young men that work with us and since they are out working at night, they sleep during the day. They had hardly got checked in when the evening receptions told them that if there were any parties, noise, etc, she would kick them out of the motel. My husband was standing there and told her that they wouldn't be doing any of that, especially since they work at night. She continued on reprimanding them and being very rude. Also, the employees tried to do their laundry the next after noon and ended up spending $8.00 each trying to get the washer to work and the dryer to dry their clothes. They never got their clothes dry. When they went to the front desk, they were told that because they booked through hotels.com and got cheap rooms, they shouldn't complain. The man said if you wanted a washer and dryer that works than they should have gotten and better room. We work all over the nation, and this is the worse we have ever been treated. Never again would we stay at this motel or recommend it to anyone. We are from Missouri and we don't treat people like that!!!!
