This is a NON-SMOKING/NO-VAPING home. If smoking outside the home (allowed, outdoor floor ashtray is provided), please make sure you have closed all windows and doors, so smoke doesn't drift inside the home. Ask your host for checkout instructions (spoiler alert: we take care of everything because you are on vacation).



This Home has outside perimeter cameras for added security and an ADT alarm system. If you would like to use the alarm system during your stay just ask your host for a code. Per Vacation Rental law in South Florida, all Airbnbs are required to have a noise monitor to comply with noise ordinance. No parties allowed. Quiet hours 10 PM - 7 AM daily.

The listing is somewhat misleading. The amenities listed include a pool, a hot tub and a gym. I don't believe any of these amenities exist on this property. There are photos in the listing showing a pool and exterior property photos that we did not see anywhere near the property. Traveling with 4 children, we were expecting to have a pool to provide some entertainment on property. The photos of the interior of the property were accurate in their depiction of rooms and furniture. However, they were very polished (possibly AI) to make it look much more esthetically pleasing. The exterior photos are not representative of the property at all, with the exception of the backyard area.Overall it was a spacious property that worked well for our family of 6. However, it was not what we expected given the listing and rideshare services were a necessity to get around.
