Located just half a block from the beach, this beautiful apartment has everything you need for an amazing beach vacation. Newly renovated and newly furnished with a comfortable and modern feel. Quick access to the beach, a designated parking space, and a sparkling pool make this space a true tropical retreat.

This newly renovated apartment on the second floor of the complex comes with all-new furnishings, bedding, and linens!

BEDROOM ARRANGEMENT:
1. Bedroom with a QUEEN-SIZED bed
2. Bedroom with a KING-SIZED bed with attached full bath and shower

BATHROOMS:
Please note: the one full bathroom is attached to the king bedroom so all guests have to walk through the king bedroom to get to the bathroom.

KITCHEN:
Refrigerator, 4-Burner Stovetop, Microwave
Stocked with cookware, dishware, pots, and pans.

Guests have access to their home and backyard except for any locked doors or any doors marked "Designedvr Staff"

One vehicle per unit for designated parking space. Any additional vehicles must park on the street and pay. Any unauthorized vehicles will be towed at your expense.

No Daily Cleaning Service

Pack-n-play and highchair upon request to make traveling with little ones easier.
Bedding, towels, and starter sets (hotel size) of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.

Beach chairs and towels are available for you to use on the beach.

A washer and Dryer are available. The laundry room is located at the back of the building through the back corridor to the right. (Coin operated)

NO SMOKING is allowed inside the units. Any evidence of smoking (smell, ash, damage) will result in immediate forfeiture of the security deposit and potential additional fines

To make your stay more convenient, we provide two sets of towels per guest. Should you need more towels, we recommend using the washer/dryer machine as a rapid solution. Additional towels can also be delivered for a nominal fee.**

February Florida vacation

Nice, clean property in wonderful location, a block away from the beach. Lovely inground pool that would benefit from being heated. Management was very responsive to our questions.

Très belle vacances à Pompano

Nous avons passé 7 jours au condo. Il est très bien. La piscine est aussi très bien et il y a des points d’ombres avec les palmiers. Nous avions tout ce dont nous avons besoin. Pour le prix, c’est excellent. Pompano est une très belle ville avec une belle plage. Mon seul commentaire est qu’il n’y a pas de lave vaisselle. Ce n’est la fin du monde mais VP est bien de le savoir.
