** Other things to note

Pool heating fee is $35/day. Please note that our pool is serviced twice a week. As you can see by the photos, we have lots of trees and vegetation so during windy days there will be leaves in the pool. High chair and pack n play are available upon request. Also, please note that the TVs must be mirrored or smart apps used. The property does not have cable or satellite.





Note: receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.



** We are pet friendly and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet.



**Max occupancy at all times is 6, not counting minors. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered.



**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service, pest control management and pool service that may come during your stay.



**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24



We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services. It will send you messages with instructions and guiding through a screening process and contract which are required to release check in instructions.

To make the process as seamless as possible, we'll provide you with a secure link where you can easily complete the verification steps. Rest assured, your privacy is important to us, and all information shared will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.





In order to ensure a worry-free stay we require a $500 refundable deposit. It will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay. Same day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation. .







Please note that our pool is serviced every Wednesdays, 11 AM to 1 PM, Pool guys will ring the doorbell to let you know that he is there. As you can see by the photos, we have lots of trees and vegetation so during windy days there will be leaves in the pool. High chair and pack n play are available upon request.
