It has 600 m² of outdoor space, children's games such as swings and slide, patio, barbecue and the typical Galician hórreo (granary). The house is adapted for people with disabilities.
On arrival, a rental contract must be signed between private individuals based on the LAU (Ley de alquiler urbano). Otherwise, we expect a respectful treatment with the environment, the house and the furniture. The owner may require a deposit on arrival.
