Gavinana is a residential neighborhood, quiet, lively and with all the necessary shops and services.
The area is south Florence, very convenient because close to the highway entrance (10 minutes away by car) and at the same time not far from the center which can be reached in 10 minutes by bus, car or bike.

The studio has an independent kitchen, bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, private bathroom, free wifi and a common garden inside the building.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a villa where there are other private rooms. To access the studio you have to make two flights of stairs and inside the apartment there are steps to access the various rooms.
Among the various amenities available are the split of air conditioning, free wifi, television, iron and clothesline.
Bathroom with shower box, toilet, bidet and hairdryer.
Independent kitchen with fridge, electric kettle, microwave and various utensils.

At the time of check-in we will need to record the data of each guest for legal purposes only, therefore you will be asked to show a valid document.

SECURITY DEPOSIT AND CITY TAX. The security deposit of 100 euros will be collected in cash on arrival and released at check out, after monitoring the apartment.
The tourist tax will also be collected on arrival in cash and will be calculated on the basis of the number of guests and the number of nights.

The apartment is located in a quiet area, just 15 minutes walk from Viale Europa, which is particularly suitable for shopping. 5 minutes away is the Gavinana shopping center.
You reach the center with a 10-minute walk and nearby there are numerous restaurants and clubs where you can eat well without paying the prices of the center.
A 15-minute walk from the Anconella park will allow you to do sports, breathing deeply!

This area has a fantastic location: one kilometer from the highway exit (Firenze Sud - viale Europa exit) for those traveling by car. At the same time it is also close to the historic center, to which you can easily go by bus but also on foot in a pleasant walk
