Nice hotel with great location

Posted 14-Jul-2016
The location of this hotel is outstanding as it is essentially a block away from the Duomo and the hotel staff was very nice and helpful with things like suggesting and arranging restaurant reservations. The room was fine, though nothing special. The only gripe about the room was that the size of the shower was ridiculously small to the point of making you claustrophobic.

Centrally located hotel

Posted 22-May-2016
Pros: Location
The hotel location was great. Walking distance to everything. For an old hotel, it was in a decent condition. The shower was really small though. The TV didn't work when we stayed there. The wifi kept kicking us out. Overall, a decent hotel in a great location.

Great location. Friendly, family owned.

Room adequate, nothing fancy. Front desk recommended good restaurant up the street. History, great food drink and art over the electric neighborhood.

Right next to the main attractions

Posted 17-May-2016
Pros: The location and the people.
Location: Right in the pedestrian zone and five minutes walk of the Duomo and the Ponte Veccio. Consider a Trattoria on Via Palazzuolo for cheap local fair.
I found this hotel snug, but modernized and clean and the staff were excellent. The breakfast is a simple one. The key to enjoying this hotel is to find a place to park outside the old town and arrange some sort of transport to the hotel. We tried driving in first and it was... eh... exciting :).

Family hotel in central location

Posted 05-May-2016
Pros - Pleasant family hotel in central location. Clean & spacious. Cons - tiny tiny shower, some noise at night from street from nearby bar, internet was a pain, needed to repeated log in, breakfast had the least choice compared to other italian hotels we had stayed in, we had breakfast out.
