Passez des moments inoubliables dans la véranda pour déjeuner et se détendre; chauffée l'hiver avec le poêle à bois.  
Une jolie cuisine équipée pour préparer de bons petits plats en famille.  
Pour dormir, vous aurez du choix avec une petite chambre en rch avec salle d'eau attenante.  
A l'étage 4 chambres avec lits 2 lits simples et 3 lits doubles dont un queen size 160 et deux salles de bain, une avec douche et une avec baignoire.  
  
Enfin une superbe terrasse avec une jolie vue sur la vallée et en contrebas, la piscine 10x5 clôturée pour profiter des baignades l'été à partir du 15 juin et jusqu'au 15 septembre.  
  
Ma maison de famille est dans un joli parc arboré, au calme à quelques minutes du village typique de Floirac.
