The villa is situated on a quiet side street, on the North Side of Coco, one of the area’s most sought-after destinations.  
  
The villa is ideally located only a 5-minute walk from both the beach and the vibrant main strip of Playas del Coco. In town, guests will find multiple supermarkets for convenient grocery shopping, as well as a wide variety of restaurants offering everything from Italian cuisine and wood-fired pizza to burgers and local dishes.  
  
The lively downtown area also features numerous bars and lounges, including a couple of beachfront bars perfect for enjoying a drink with an ocean view. For something sweet, visitors can stop by local spots serving frozen yogurt or authentic gelato. The second bedroom also features a King bed, closet, and lovely views of the pool area. A second full bathroom is located just next door, serving both the bedroom and the main living space.

#### Simply Wonderful

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at this villa! The space is incredibly bright, spacious, and comfortable, with everything brand new and beautifully decorated. The earthy tones and stunning artwork made the villa feel luxurious and inviting. Our favorite part was the outdoor patio—we spent so much time there, enjoying the barbecue and relaxing by the pool. It was the perfect spot to unwind and have fun together. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to the town - cafes, bars, and plazas for groceries, which was perfect since we didn’t have a car. Everything we needed was so convenient. We had such a restful and enjoyable time, and we would absolutely come back. This villa is completely worth it!
