On a quiet residential road, ( off road parking) 4 minutes from buzzing main st. with shops and restaurants and 10 minutes from Suffolk's no 1 beach. Relax in the living- room with traditional bow window and tiled fireplace: TV, books, games and very comfy sofa and armchair -or work at the computer table with adjustable office chair. Next door is the large kitchen with dining table, fridge/freezer, microwave, stove, toaster , kettle, garlic squeezer etc. with a glass door to small sunny tiled garden. King size bed in bedroom, lots of storage space, lobby with washing machine, then full size bathrom with toilet recess.

Spacious flat in lovely area
The property was spacious, and well appointed. Bed was very comfortable, bedding and pillows new. The car parking space at the front was most welcome, as the streets around the area become completely full of parked cars, owing to the property's position, close to the beach and amenities.
Stayed 3 nights in Aug 2021
