Welcome to the Luma One-Bedroom Penthouses, a set of three modern one-bedroom apartments located on Rruga Bill Klinton, one of Tirana’s most dynamic and well-connected streets.



Each penthouse offers a blend of style, comfort, and panoramic views, designed for travelers who want both luxury and convenience. With floor-to-ceiling windows, private balconies, and thoughtfully designed interiors, Luma redefines urban living.



We offer three Spacious 1-bedroom apartments with a cozy living area and balcony. You will be booking one of these apartments according to availability. These apartments feature:



- Fully equipped kitchens (stove, fridge, oven).



- Fast Wi-Fi and smart TV.



- Air conditioning & heating for all seasons.



- Premium bedding and fresh linens.



- Modern bathroom with shower and essentials provided.

Rruga Bill Clinton connects you to the best of Tirana. Cafés, restaurants, and shops are just steps away. The city center, Grand Park, and cultural attractions are within easy reach, making it ideal for both leisure and business stays.



- Once your reservation is confirmed, a link with the steps for the online check-in is sent.

Our online check-in process requires guests to fill out their personal information, upload a government-issued ID, and a selfie before arriving at the property. Guests will receive their access code 10 minutes before check-in time and only after completing the online check-in.



- Check-in method: lockbox. You can self-check in at any time after 3 PM.



- Early check-in before 3:00 PM (if available) is subject to an additional fee.



- Late check-out after 11:00 AM (if available) is subject to an additional fee.



- Cleaning and extra towels/bed linens during your stay are subject to an additional fee.



- Welcome amenities such as shampoo, fresh towels, and bed linens are provided upon arrival (based on the number of guests).



- For bookings of 28 days or more, an extra fee of 3.5€/day will be charged to cover additional utility costs (electricity, water, heating, internet, property administration, gas, etc.) associated with longer stays.
