The bush outlook of the property was also welcome. The upstairs kitchen, dining and lounge area was a good space with plenty of room for the family. The property unfortunately needed a good clean with cobwebs in rooms, the downstairs carpet with stains and the bathrooms needing some work. On the outside, once again, it needed a good clean as there were cobwebs on all windows and old wasp nests in the screen doors. Owner obviously takes pride in maintaining and providing a high standard rental. It is located a close drive/ not too long of a walk to the beach, right near fabulous walking tracks up in the forest behind Fairhaven and has a fabulously designed and decorated joint living/ dining area perfect for families and entertaining. There is a balcony lovely for having breakfast on and is clean, well equipped with utilities and air conditioning.
