Includes two fully independent apartments, each with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, modern kitchen, private entrance, and access to a shared rooftop terrace. Private garage on the ground floor. Just a 10-minute walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Perfect for families or friends seeking comfort and privacy in a quiet yet central location.  
  
Please note that we charge an additional €25 for check-ins between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM, and €50 for check-ins between 10:00 PM and midnight. For check-ins after midnight, a surcharge of €100 applies. This payment will be collected in cash upon arrival.
