Radisson Blu Hotel London Stansted Airport

Waltham Close Stansted Airport, Bishop's Stortford - Map

"On airport hotel, so location superb."
We booked in about 3pm - the room was ready and clean, however the previous occupant had obviously had room service and there was a plate of half eaten breakfast outside our room - it was still there at 4:30 so I rang reception and asked that the plate be removed ( only because I do not live like this at home). At 6:30pm it was still there, it was making me feel sick so I took it down to reception myself - " Oh sorry about that!" was the comment and I was expecting them to be horrified that this could happen at a 4 star hotel. Bar Food - tad expensive £16 for a fish - finger sandwich - wine tower is brilliant. Pool etc is un-inspiring that some parts need a good 'power wash'
