  • PET FRIENDLY OCEAN FRONT 1/2 Duplex!! 3 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront 1/2 duplex with expanded decks. Interconnecting doors make this home perfect for those wanting to be "together but separate" . Bedding is 2 Queens, 2 Doubles and 1 Twin. Stackable washer/dryer. Charcoal grill. ***LINENS ARE PROVIDED FROM Mid Spring thru Mid Fall. (May 13-Sept 16 weeks) (FULL WEEKS, FULL PRICE ONLY).**** Pet friendly with 2 pets maximum. $100 non-refundable pet fee (small to medium size) per pet. Rents Saturday to Saturday. Gas grill provided - gas tenant responsibility. New decking faces ocean and parking under house. Fish cleaning station under home also. Very pretty part of the beach! Rents Saturday to Saturday. Smoking permitted on the deck.
