You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### Contemporary 3 bed 2 bath home surrounded by nature, close to everything.

Contemporary 3 bedroom / 2 bath house on 3.9 acres. Surrounded by large wrap around deck, main floor has an open plan kitchen , dining and living room with cathedral ceilings. Sliding glass doors and windows bring in lots of light, air, river views and access to decks from three rooms.  
Main bedroom and full bath on main floor.   
The second bedroom and full bathroom are on the second floor loft overlooking the living room.   
Third bedroom is finished lower level with sitting area, desk and has direct driveway entrance.   
Washer and dryer are accessed through lower level.   
Located in a quiet subdivision which extends along the Union River in close proximity to downtown, shopping and hospitals. Major grocery stores within a five minute drive.   
Acadia National Park is a 15 mile drive.
