The Perfect Location to relax and explore all that the Seacoast has to offer!

The pictures show it all! Buoy House is centrally located and perfect for both short and longer stays. Wifi and comfortable spaces provide an easy escape from it all and make it a great option to relax by the seacoast.

The main floor offers a large living room with vaulted ceiling, fireplace, TV (Roku provided) and plenty of cozy seating. The full kitchen and dining area is perfect for all of your cooking needs. Dishwasher, microwave, pots/pans, oven, induction stove...it has it all. The dining table can seat six people with an additional three spots available at the breakfast bar. A Keurig is provided for morning coffees.

Off of the kitchen is a hall that leads to the eating deck with Weber grill. A full bath is also off the small hallway, directly across from one of the two entrances to the library, which houses a bar area and full-size sofa bed.

Upstairs guests will enjoy a quiet sitting area on the landing and two bonus sleep spaces: A reading loft and sleeping nook near primary, and perfect for children. Portable crib and toddler mattress available upon request. Additionally, the primary bedroom and full bath (with large, tiled shower) are on this upper level, with high-end king-sized mattress. Washer, dryer and linen area are off of the primary bedroom, making the upstairs its own full-service suite.

The ground floor has the privacy of its own separate living and sleeping area. This space is perfect for an additional family or teens who want their own space and private entrance. There’s a small office nook on the landing and a living area with TV, electric heat fireplace and a queen pullout sofa. Bedrooms on the ground floor include a sweet bunk bedroom (three twins) and a separate queen bedroom. This level also has a full bathroom.

Just a short (5 min) walk across the street, there is a lovely town park, playground, boat launch and sandy beach with clear water to explore.

Caretaker lives on premises (in cottage at back of property) and hosts are on-call for any questions or emergent needs.

We had a fantastic weekend getaway. This is a great house, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Close to everything, we joked that the house should be renamed the 9-minute house. It seems every time we went out to shop or eat and punched in the destination to GPS, every place was 9 minutes away! Great location, and super communication with the homeowner and caretaker. We would definitely stay here again.

UNH Graduation Weekend

15-20 minutes from UNH which made it a great place to stay for the weekend. A lot great places to see in the area. Our stay was very comfortable for the 5 of us. Would stay again.

Beautiful house.

A lovely stay

We rented this beautiful for a weekend and it was absolutely perfect. Check-in was easy, the caretaker was very kind and helpful. The house is very well stocked and comfortable. The owners left a wonderful list of nearby activities. We took one of their suggestions and visited Fort Foster which was so beautiful. We hope to be back in the future.

Stunning and cozy!

This is the perfect little place for a group! Lots of cozy and conversational spaces while also being large enough for people to decompress if they want. SUPER clean, this was by far the cleanest weekend rental property I’ve been to. The water in the showers heats up fast which is great for those cold mornings. Hosts were extremely helpful and both check in and check out were incredibly smooth.

Delightful cottage with exceptional owners

Booked Ben & Jen's spot for a winter weekend exploring the New England coastline and it was a fantastic base for a group of friends.Ample room inside set over three floors, each couple essentially had their own private floor with a communal area in the middle. Lots of sitting areas, TVs and board games. Beautiful kitchen with up-to-date appliances and all the amenities you could ever need.Location was great, remote enough while also not feeling totally isolated. Around a 10 minute drive into central Portsmouth with easy access to the I95 to get to Portland/Boston.Exceptional hosts with quick and straightforward communication and excellent recommendations. Loved our time at this charming property.

A Perfect Home!

We were in town to visit old friends and catch up with family. This was a perfect home for our small family! The house was immaculate, with the kitchen and lower level beautifully remodeled. The owners were attentive to any questions or needs during the week, with a quick phone call or text. As soon we walked through the entrance we were “wowed”. Beautiful well lit kitchen with modern appliances. The downstairs family room will keep your eyes entertained by the craftsmanship of the woodwork. Beautifully decorated and well placed windows to capitalize incoming sunlight. Many options are available in the area to keep you occupied. Don’t miss out on visiting the coastline. Would I come revisit? Absolutely!
