Excellent friendly check-in service, excellent clean pool, quiet area, minimal breakfast - charge for extra toast. Plastic utensils & styrofoam plates are wasteful.

Great bargain and a good hotel.

The hotel is a great deal. The woman in the front desk gave me excellent customer service. I did not get her name. The room was clean and spacious. I also liked the quietness of the area. I will definitely stay there again. I have no complaints.

El Centro rest stop.

Nice hidden gem of a hotel. Clean room, friendly staff, nicely decorated, comfortable beds. Free ice. The breakfast was good but it's only free for the first two guests. Our children had to pay $3 each to eat. Options are limited.

Smoke Room

Posted 25-Mar-2016
Cons: The rooms need to be cleaned way better and not offer a woman with kids a SMOKING ROOM.
Location: Not one thing to do in this town and that's not the hotels fault.
I made reservations for a Non-Smoking 2 queen beds, but when I got there, I was only in 1 bed. The clerk was nice enough to put me in a 2 bedroom for the extra fee. However, the room she gave me and my kids was a Smoking room which made us sick to our stomach. Everything wreaked of cigarette smoke including the toilet paper. My kids were sick and I couldn't even eat. They winded up with a horrible headache all week. Not to mention, we found a maggot in the sheets. Great!!

Wont be back if i can help it

Posted 15-Mar-2016 on Hotels
The older lady who checks you in was less then friendly. I stayed at this hotel every weekend in 2012 to visit at the prison and paid less and the accommodations and room is exactly the same and it is 20.00 more now. Honestly i dont think they want the business of the prison families. The hotel room was nice but something bit me and my daughter in the bed. I dont think it was bedbugs probably spider bites since my friend in the other bed wasnt bitten. Ive stayed in just about every hotel in El Centro and Vacation inn is on the higher price and just meh... Nothing to make them stand out to pay extra money for a room. I get the same thing from a 50.00 a night hotel and we all get breakfast not just 2 people since we are usually 4. Ask for extra towels and they didn't oblige but they have a pool. Not a very good stay for me.

for Everyone

Was within 3 miles of all needed conveniences.

Posted 15-Mar-2016
Pros: Easy access to highway, close to restaurants, I had a fine stay.
Cons: Better parking for the disabled. Out of all the rooms, I got one on the opposite end of the Hotel from the disabled parking places.
Location: I was there for an Air Show at NAF El Centro. Didn't need other activities.
Was very pleased with the stay, had a good time. Met many pleasing people.

Good enough for a weary traveler

Motel was fine for an overnight stop. Staff were friendly enough. Good mattress, but the bedding was threadbare.
