What a shambles
A shambles from start to finish. The check in time was from 4pm so I called in advance to confirm 4pm only to be told that someone was still in the apartment and it would need to be cleaned and wouldn't be ready until 7pm. At 5pm I receive a text to say the keys have been locked in the apt. and the cleaner can't get in so they will offer me one of two alternative apts. I called back to confirm acceptance but no one answers and eventually I have to get the Hotels.com Gold team involved to sort it out. Once I meet the rep at the new apt. I'm told it won't be ready until 9pm as it also needs cleaning. I return at 9pm to find the cleaner still there who says she needs another hour before she'll be finished. When I eventually get the apt. the kitchen sink is full of dirty water and the drain is blocked and the heating in the apt. doesn't work! An absolute shambles from start to finish.
