"Hotel was clean overall. Could use some updating with in room furniture and furnishings. Overall the location was great for our family trip. "

"The place was filthy, the maids do not know how to clean the room. It was never swept and the same dirt remain there for four days. There was hair on the mattress, mattresses, sheets, and pillowcases, and after we requested a new ones. ( which we had to retrieve ourselves and replace ourselves.) still was covered with hair and filth.. asked for the manager several times to contact us and they didn’t even bother doing that. To talk our day off, the elevator stopped working and we had to take our own luggage down from the 12th floor even after asking for help from the staff, they ignored us.. save yourself from a vacation and do not stay here!!! "

The rooms were very clean although they could use a bit of updating— overall our stay was wonderful and we will return. Fitzpatrick is our NYC go to hotel for every visit. "
