Rooms were very nice, beds comfortable and well maintained. Limited breakfast options. The Club lounge was a bit of a disappointment, not that comfortable, coffee machine not able to deliver drinks with milk and poorly stocked. Reception staff very good, providing swift response to an issue we had with the ac in the room as well as other information and assistance.

I loved everything and I’m very picky about where I stay while traveling. This hotel did not disappoint me at all. The rooms were clean and the property was clean. The staff were amazing. They were helpful in arranging my rides within the city and going back to the airport. They quickly brought extra towels and blankets upon my request. The hotel was also an easy walk to Barclays and other shops, malls and restaurants if you enjoy soaking in the true New York feel of the city. The price was very reasonable; compared to Manhattan which is a 10 min train ride for $3.
