First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

Lovely staff, good location, great breakfast, good stay

We were only here for 1 night but had a lovely stay and would highly recommend the hotel and would return if in the area again. It was close to the station and bus routes,shops restaurants etc. From the warm welcome from the gentleman at the door and efficient and personable reception staff,we found check in was quick and easy . The rooms were clean and well thought out,the towels fluffy and soft and the bed comfortable.

Absolutely loved this hotel ❤️ from the moment we arrived until we left, the staff and service are exceptional as is the hotel and facilities. Couldn’t fault anything at all. Great service. Very clean and classic looking. 5 minute walk from central public transit. A plethora of very good restaurants and shopping within 5 minute walk. Was 7 minutes from the location of the conference I was attending. In this part of London, you cant ask for a better price for the service, quality and location.

Really lovely, well located hotel. Seamless check in from a very friendly member of staff. Glass of fizz available in reception. Fantastic executive room on floor 12 next door to each other. Complimentary drinks in the executive lounge (timed). Nice buffet breakfast with a very friendly, helpful guy, Abdul, showing us to our table etc. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Huge room, stayed in a kitchenette room, family of 4. Good location just set back from the river, close to the London Eye and Big Ben. Would stay again.

Reception was very friendly. Paula checked us into our room and gave details of breakfast times and wifi password. They were also very responsive on the email and phone as I needed to drop my bags early. It was also a lovely surprise that they gave me a balcony room with stunning views of the park, chocolates and card for my birthday. It was such a sweet gesture! This is a unique and characteristic hotel with lots of history and amazing architecture. The scenery, gardens and the estate overall are simply gorgeous. The spa and the outdoor pool area is also very nice especially in good weather (it may be difficult to find a lounger when it is sunny though). The room I stayed in was nicely decorated with wood panellings and period furnitures; bed was very comfortable as well. Perfect location in Covent Garden very convenient for shopping and shows. I had a beautiful room though slightly smaller than expected for a luxury room, the rooms booked on my previous stay were considerably more spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful, definitely a great place to stay.
