With a deadline to meet, we had to quickly make new arrangements for accommodations, so we blindly picked this one...and am I glad we did. This was certainly the hidden gem of Dunnellon. The location was perfect, and the accommodations were neat, clean and quiet. The owner was responsive and a pleasure to deal with as well. Turns out it worked out really well, we provided a car & rented this little cottage. We did not stay there but did see the place & it was nice. One thing to be aware of is that phone signal in the town with T mobile is nonexistent. This only created a problem because we could not reach out to the property manager to get the code until we were able to find signal as we werenโ€™t given the code in advance. The state park has signal if this helps anyone. Not anything the property manager did incorrectly, knowing the signal in the area it would be nice to send instructions in advance. The property itself was clean and comfortable with the exception of the mattresses which really need replaced or a topper.
