      Fantastic Ranch Getaway

My wife and I (and our dogs) stayed at Martin and Kathrin's ranch and had a wonderful time. What a beautiful property and the owners were very friendly and very accommodating. We had a great time exploring the property on a side-by-side we were able to rent from the owners and made it to the national parks with ease. Great remote location, wonderfully friendly owners and a beautiful setting makes this place a must visit.

        Wonderful stay!

They were so accommodating and attentive, even when we had a late check in, they called to make sure everything was still okay! They were wonderful from beginning to end ! The property is gorgeous as well, and the home itself is well kept. I highly recommend Big Diamond Ranch!

          Spectacular cabin with breathtaking view!

Big Diamond Ranch exceeded our expectations on our road trip West! After long 3 days of traveling, arriving at Deer Fawn Cabin was like an oasis of beauty with breathtaking sights that words can't describe. Deer Fawn Cabin was perfect for my husband and I who were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Queen bed, fully stocked kitchen, beautifully appointed bathroom with walk-in shower and fresh, soft towels. The 2 comfortable chairs swivel so we could cosy up to the wood burning fireplace or watch TV or just admire the mountain view. We cooked breakfast outside on the skillet grill and even grilled a ribeye steak on the fire pit with s'mores for dessert. The Wind River runs through the ranch and the Absaroka mountain range was our front view. I took my daily meditation walk down to the river and through the property to visit the horses. We enjoyed our hike to Lake Louise and the ATV-ing through Shoshone National Forest which was right off the property. Out for 6 hours each day and so much FUN! We made road trips to Yellowstone, Tetons and Jackson Hole. Our location couldn't be any better. The last evening, I was inspired to paint a watercolor to settle the view in my memory forever. We can't wait to make a return visit with our family and stay in the big house. Next time I want to plan our trip to enjoy the wildflowers. Martin was a fabulous host from our welcome to the ranch, to checking in with us, to a warm goodbye. We highly recommend BDR and all it has to offer!

              Great getaway cabin

Cabin was cozy and comfortable. The WiFi made staying connected much easier. Stunning topography surrounds the cabin. Martin greeted us and got us informed on what activities were available and provided guidance. Will definitely stay revisit this ranch.
